South Devon cattle are the main enterprise.
To help improve the herd EasyBreeder herd recording software has been developed. It is a unique concept controlled entirely by the breeder, using visual assessments and factual data.
South Devons produce excellent beef which we can supply bagged and labelled ready for the freezer. The pedigree herd was established in 1978 and is managed commercially to promote the natural working ability of the cattle.
Delicious lamb comes from the purebred Lleyn and Suffolk ewes. They produce top quality lambs which fatten on the rich grassy banks and marshlands of the Tamar Valley to provide you with delicious, succulent and tasty lamb.
Pork comes from the the outdoor, free-range pig enterprise. Besides joints for the freezer we have had some of the carcasses cured and smoked producing fantastic ham, bacon and sausages.
Not all meats are instantly available but we are cutting the time to minimum and can supply at 4-6 week intervals.

Bere Peninsula which lies between the rivers Tamar and Tavy on the Devon / Cornwall border.
The Tamar Valley has a rich heritage of mining, horticulture and agriculture.
The area has AONB status and several SSSI sites which are the home of many estuary birds including the avocet.
As the farm is almost surrounded by the river we are very fortunate to be so close to such a vast array of wildlife.
